What med stack are you on? All anti inflammatory meds and tramadol are not doing anything for me. Pain isn’t improving. It’s distressing. Please help

LDN, baclofen, lyrica, topiramate, cymbalta Ket infusions monthly CBD cream or edibles when needed if things are still bad. Plus the healthier I eat and better I take care of myself the better I feel overall.
