Is there such a thing as a CRPS diet?
Post Body

I have CRPS in my left foot up to my knee so I can’t stand very long, I used to love cooking and did it all for my family so my husband is the grill guy and that’s about all he knows how to do and is willing to do😔 so we’ve gotten in the bad habit of just ordering out which really sucks cuz we live in such a small town we don’t even have a stoplight and just 2 small restaurants. I’ve thought about trying those weekly meals that are supposed to be healthy because we are both gaining weight, has anyone tried Factor meals?

Also have you guys found any certain foods that aggravate or calm your CRPS symptoms? I went to see a nutritionist but she had no idea what CRPS was so she told me she’d research it and get back to me but that was months ago. TIA🧡

Comments

I try to follow an anti-inflammatory diet - or an enhanced paleo I call it.

I avoid alcohol, packaged food and artificial sugar.

It makes a huge difference. I definitely recommend doing the full 30 day AIP diet and seeing how you feel and then Going from there!
