Collecting therapy experiences: What's your story.
Post Body

I'm interested in your story too, but I'm seeking answers to questions like these:

  • How many sessions before you felt you were making progress?
  • How many sessions before you stopped.?
  • Did it work? Mostly? Partly? Not much? Still ongoing?
  • What frequency? Weekly? more/less often? Start with regular sessions, and go in now and then since?
  • What therapy types did you try? Which worked? Which were a waste of time?
  • How did you afford it? (180 per week * 50 weeks per year = $9000/year. This is going to hurt)
  • What would you tell yourself if you had a time machine? You can go back to any moment post trauma, and give yourself a written statement. (Who is going to believe a time traveler right off the bat.) You don't have to include all the stuff you need to say to make them believe you are themself from the future. You've convinced them that you are from the future. Can you say something to speed up the process, get it started?
