My Machine: AirSense 11 autoset My mask: Dreamwear (phillips respironics) It has the tube attachment at the top so I can toss and turn and not really lose it. I am a side sleeper mostly, but that doesn't seem to be much of an issue.
So I started CPAP about a year ago. I'm 35 yrs old, 5'7 and 225. It has definitely improved my sleep, by miles. When I first started using it, I felt so much alert. More awake. Ready for my day. Paired with my adhd meds, I was accomplishing so much more.
Now i know my depression plays a small role, but I've noticed lately that I have been waking up tired again. It's been gradual over the last few months. I might try a different mask, currently using a nail pillow. MyAir says I'm at 2 events a night.
I'm wondering if I should be doing something else? I know, I should be losing weight, and I'm trying to get a life coach through my job to help a bit with that. I just haven't been motivated, and I hate it. Sorry. A bit of a vent there.
Anyways, what would you suggest to get back to tip top?
