0 AHI. For the first time!

I’ve been using my cpap for about 2 weeks and got 0 AHI for the first time last night, considering in my study i stopped breathing 57 times an hour I’m pretty happy with that. However I’m still so tired, does that start to change after a while? Also I wake up with this blister every morning, what do you guys do to stop this?
