Feel like I'm coughing up a lung after being sent home from ER

Post Body

So 2 days after being sent home with antibiotics for covid onset pneumonia I've started coughing way worse than I had in the week prior to the ER.

I've been managing to actually get mucus to come up and feel like I'm wheezing a bit less after these severe coughing fits, but my lungs feel tired from coughing so hard.

Is this a good sign today that I'm turing the bend or will I have more to come? looking to see if anyone had a similar experience.

I also feel the tingling in my nose i felt when I lost my sense of smell and I could have swore that I smelt the slightest hint of my cats litter box for moment when feeling the sensation.
