Hey everyone hope all is well. I'm considered morbidly obese and I quit soda cold turkey in January. I've been calorie counting since March and haven't missed a beat and I actually enjoy it.
Now my calorie maintenance is 3200 a day according to several ones I've calculated for no exercise at all. I have been eating at 1900 calories and I'll never pass 2100 at the most.
I thought this would be hard but so far I have been full and happy. I drink a lot of water to. My waist size has dropped from 84" to 77" and I've been feeling better. I do some weights and bag work and I'm trying to walk more for mobility.
Now am I good with this number? Or will I get a plateau I hear people mention it but I just dont really know anything about it. Curious to hear people's thoughts?
