Starting c25k, tips and advice?
Post Body

Hi guys,

As somebody who struggled to gain weight and now struggles to lose weight (i gained 4 stone in a year) i figured i should do somethong about this, i want to lose 2 stone and get fit again.

So, i figured it would be best to do the runs monday wednesday and friday, is this generally what people do?

Also i have decided to cut out white bread completely, i will be having 1 large freshly made juice per day (thanks joe cross) and i also want to cut out other things such as crisps (chips), white potato (maybe having potato once a week as i love potato), cutting out sugarry drinks completely and drinking less tea (this will suck), overall i want to eat better and snack less, i love food and its making me really unhealthy.

I start a new job tomorrow too which will be more active, but i want to know of any advice i can be given, is there any particular foods you would RECCOMEND eating, the internet is full of things to avoid but not to eat, eveeybody says eat more fruit, nuts and vegetables which is fine, but i cant have a walnut a banana and 6 asparagus spears for dinner can i.

Also the other thing is drinking, apart from the obvious (water) what else is there which would be beneficial? Water gets tedious quick, and we like flavours a lot, any suggestions on drinking?

And most importantly- other excersize. I am not going to get fit and healthy by just running and eating a bit better, i dont want a gym membership, but i want to excersize, what other apps etc could i use to plan and track excersizes which are good for losing belly and manboob weight?
