But I don’t think the people on the inside know quite how shitty it feels to be on the outside. I certainly never gave it much thought when I was on the inside.

I'm sure people are gonna play the smallest violin ever for me, but I really do. Every time we have to kick people for not being good members, it's incredibly hard if we still consider them friends, because kicking them means there is a solid chance they won't get tickets another way.

I really, truly deeply hate the huge barrier for entry that lack of tickets creates, and I think about it a lot.
