If I pay $4 for Beeline , do I get unlimited swipes for 24hours?

I don’t have any subscription & I used up my swipes for 24hours. I just logged into my account & they gave me an option to pay $4 for beeline. If I do this, I understand I will be able to see who has swiped right on me —for 24hours , but am I able to swipe right on them, even if I’m currently out of likes? I just don’t want to waste the $4 if I’m already out of likes for the day (as of last night).
