I injured my shoulder at the gym back in April, and was going to physical therapy for it for a few weeks. I was going to PT of the City in Bed Stuy and wasn't super impressed with them, plus it's a bit far from my apartment; I live in Bed Stuy, but a couple of blocks from Herbert Von King Parker. I went through a busy period with work and lots of travel so PT got put on the the back burner, but I still have pain/stiffness in my shoulder and it's definitely impeding my very fitness centric lifestyle. I'm thinking I'll give PT another try but I'd like to try somewhere different. Does anyone have recommendations in Bed Stuy/Bushwick/adjacent neightborhoods (Williamsburg etc.)? Of course I'll need to make sure they take my insurance (because America...) but any suggestions you guys might have would be really helpful!
