Engine noises

2023 BS heritage 1.5L 15k miles on it and it started making a squealing sound from inside the engine towards the belt on the left (I believe it's the serpentine, sorry im not mechanically inclined). I had the 15k mile serving done 3 weeks ago at the ford dealership i bought it from and nothing needed fixing or replacement just fluids, tires and recall on SYNC & BCM. Anyone have any suggestions on what it could be and if I should take it in to ford for repairs.

A little info on how we drive and where; we don't drive sporty or very long distances mostly work commute (30 miles per day) and groceries and typically drive it in eco mode on flat smooth roads, our climate is northern cali, it's been 80-100* and 20ish percent humidity. I don't think climate or drive style is a culprit but again, not mechanically inclined at all so I don't know 😔.

Sorry for the long post and I appreciate you for taking time outta ur day to read it. If you've got any suggestions you'd be doing me a huge huge favor, wife is not happy about it seeing as we bought her a new car to get away from breakdowns and massive repair bills.

Have a wonderful day/night and thank you again
