Okay so. August 14th of this year I broke up w my girlfriend. She was rude to me. Told me to stick to my commitments of a club night in Birmingham. I was abroad in Canada as my grandad was in n out of hospital.

We went no contact. We was together from 22/2/22 till 14/8/23. So a year n a half. Spent first year of uni inseparable. We met eachothers family n everything. She was my first (and meant to be my last love). I wasn’t her first love but she had 1 person before me who was her first love. Didn’t bother me.

I broke no contact on the 29th of September. We spoke n met twice. The second time we met she called me an option w 2 other guys on the table as well as me. This killed me so I went back to no contact.

I started vaping and was addicted to nicotine for 2 months. Had to commute to uni as family worried about me mentally.

I managed to cold turkey nicotine (got a no nicotine e liquid n kit. Got a Gotek X). And I’ve just been diagnosed with reactive depression.

2 days ago, I saw her Spotify on my Xbox as I forgot it was still logged in when we was together. She’s got a guys playlist for her (she told me about this guy n say they friends but I feel that’s a lie). The songs are all lovey dovey shit like I’m yours by Isabel LaRosa and let’s fuck up the friendship by Leah Kate. I broke down and punched my wall in anger and upset and sadness.

I can’t get over her yet she did hurt me a lot. How do I get over her when she’s got over me.
