Cant sleep

Just got off work 3 hours ago, slept for two. Had a nightmare about seeing my ex at a party. Now I cant sleep or get her off my mind... fuck. Also broke up a little over a year ago, and have new gf ( not really enthralled with her)... sorry just needed a place to vent.
