my ex has been watching my stories on Instagram after she unblocked me.

Back at the start of this year I (37m) broke up with my gf(28f) after 3.5 months, I was madly in love with her, but she was acting weird, canceling dates over and over and last minute too. After I explained to her, that gives me anxiety, she did it again and again. I ended breaking up with her over text, something which I'm not proud of. I did miss her so I wrote her a letter explaining my anxiety, how I would like to try again and that I would get help. She declined.

After I broke up with her she blocked me on Instagram, but after the letter I noticed she unblocked me and recently has been watching my stories.

Is she bread crumbing me? Should I wait for her to message me?

P.s. she is what I think would be called an avoidant attachment style.
