The last transit of Venus in our lifetime is happening on June 5th. This is an event that everyone should try to see! Luckily, if you're still in Boston, the BU Astronomy Department is hosting an event. The plan is to set up some telescopes along Comm. Ave. and in the observatory for people to come watch the transit. Here's a link:

Plans haven't been finalized yet, so keep checking back to see when/where the telescopes will be available! I'll post updates here, too, if I remember!
