My anxiety is so bad right now. I just don’t know what to do. My meds aren’t working and I feel like I’m going to jump out of my skin. I don’t understand why this is happening. I feel so bad for my boyfriend for having him stay with me for weeks at a time so I’m not alone. I just can’t shake this off and when I am fine my brain just switches to anxiety again.
