How do people seriously manage to get to the type of body that people sought after, or love the one they have.
Like take Tom Holland, Joshua Orpin, Brenton Thwaites for example, as theyāre roughly around the body I want, just not AS extreme.
They spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars on supplements, the perfect food, personal trainers, the top dieticians, home gyms etc.
With all that, even including the work they need to do, it seems easy.
These type of people have been thin their whole lives.
But me?
Iāve always been the bigger guy, the heavier guy. You know the type? No matter what they eat theyāre always just a little too awkwardly disproportionate. Always carrying extra weight.
Why does the perfect body seem so fucking unattainable. Like the perfect body to me feels like āI wish I was a millionaireā, achievable in theory but extremely unlikely to happen to ordinary people.
I mean I barely have enough cash as it is, how am I supposed to afford all this extra shit to lose weight and build muscle?
Iām 5ā11, 16 stone (give or take), and 18. I feel like a rhinoceros compared to my boyfriend or friends or most people.
Iām aware this is the kind of post that looks like itās desperate for self pity and sympathy. But itās not. Iām being 100% for real and without inviting nastiness or disrespect, Iām open to constructive criticism and harsh advice.
Iāll be honest with you, I eat horribly, I donāt exercise at all.
And my biggest problem? I have no motivation, little cash, and the second I see something isnāt working fast I give up.
So I ask, how do I either get myself to where I want to be or accept and love who I am?
