I'm on my NG run, I got ending A for my first play through so I was looking up ending B to make sure I got it, and that's when I saw ending C, I was reading how to do it, and realized I did all of it... by chance on my very first play through, I didn't fight the brother on the bridge, I did the whole library quest, I talked to the brother above brotherhood of silent sorrows, I did the golden eyes quest, I used the true heart, BUT I never got the 4th wound... cause I had no idea I was even on a path for a 3rd ending I didn't even know existed, now I'm trying to 100% the game, so I need to kill the brother on my NG run, so I can't get ending C and now I probably never will, cause I really don't want to do that whole path again on a fresh file, I just can't believe I managed to do ALMOST everything in my first play through just to miss the last thing.
