Hi all, I just obtained the chisel engraved wounds and I'm planning to go back through the map and find any secrets I've missed and was just wondering how it actually works. Is there a really obvious noise on a screen if there's hidden room in it somewhere? Will it alert me to things that might not be hidden but are off screen like the red cherub things you collect for the tower? (Those that you only see if you happen to jump and look for them for example). Any non spoiler help very much appreciated, thanks!
