I've been dealing with low energy for a few months.

I have crohns with severe food sensivities so I've been having mostly meat and unfortunately I'd been bad with carbs and sugar.

I decided to cut out sugar and I felt great overnight.

This weekend I was struggling though and had some sugar and it felt like I took drugs, like brain high, warm fuzzies, ton of energy.

Back to keto during the week, I did an hour if hard yardwork after work and feel great the next day.

I know some people take longer to go in and out of ketosis and feel bad on the transition, but for me it's amazing.

A couple weeks ago I was going right to bed after work, and now I'm kicking ass and taking names.

I used to make fun of it but now start may day with butter in my coffee, meal around 10:30 then another around 7pm. I'm doing chicken with lots of added fats because I want to avoid the heme iron in red meat.

I've been adding a tiny bit of fermented soybean paste to my meals for the probiotics, it's like half a spoonful and shouldn't break me ketosis but I haven't bought test strips to check.

If my stomach recovers more I aim to add some greens to get the missing micronutrients in. I can't take a mutlivitamin because ascorbic acid is a migraine trigger for me.
