I work at a big box store (think like target/walmart). So, I always see new foods. When I see something I haven't tried yet, I tell myself eating it doesn't really count because I'm "trying" the food out.
The problem is, I do this with unhealthy food. So, once I try the unhealthy new food, i give myself a pass to just binge more unhealthy food for the rest of the day.
Like right now I'm really fighting the urge to buy these new Apple Jacks Flavored Pop Tarts. & I know I'm just gonna buy a ton of candy with it & binge it all on my drive home.
