Made a sale that made me feel good yesterday. I gave a couple a quote (which I now know we aren’t supposed to do) and it turned out we had better prices than Judd and Black (appliance store that just reopened down the street). That was last Saturday. I didn’t see them all week so I just assumed that J&B beat our prices. Fast forward to today, I’m covering a break in front lanes, a fellow associate of mine comes up and said to go to appliances. Wondering why somebody would give up a sale to somebody covering front lanes, I walk back and it’s the couple I have the quote to. Ended up with a nice chunk of rev and an app. Felt really good that since I gave them such good service that they came back to buy from me. Definitely a humbling experience.
