Owned by my brothers MIL. Was parked by her mother who has been passed for well over 2 decades. Have been told it was running when parked, the reason it was parked is speculated to be she couldn't afford the payments she owed to her own mother. So the mother of the MIL parked it telling the MIL's grandmother that it had broken down when it never really had. God that explanation makes me look do fucking stupid but I can't find a way to articulate it more clearly. So my apologies.
