I'm feeling really frustrated and disappointed right now, and I could use some advice or just a place to vent😩
So, I had an onsite interview scheduled today with Concentrix. I was excited and prepared, but when I showed up, I was informed that their recruitment office is actually closed on weekends. Yes, closed. Apparently, the person who scheduled my interview (from the agency Talent OutsouRcing Channel Solutions) didn’t bother to check or mention that crucial detail.
I’ve been trying to reach the Talent Acquisition Specialist by phone to sort this out, but I’ve had no luck. I’ve also emailed the admin to express my frustration and withdraw my application since I’m clearly not going to get anywhere with this mess.
Has anyone else experienced something like this? First time gd ni natabo sakun. I’m really disappointed and unsure what to do next. Any advice or similar stories would be appreciated.
Thanks for listening/reading🤧
