In the Piers Morgan interview he pointed out that it would be really easy for police to go through her computer to find the 41,000 emails, but what about things such as a potential criminal record? In the US arrest records are public information but in the UK almost no one has access to that info…
Another random thought: assuming the lawsuit does go to court will there be a situation in which Richard will have to be near Fiona? Sounds pretty dodgy putting someone in the same room as a potentially dangerous stalker…
Edit: I’m aware that she was never convicted for stalking Richard but I think I’ve heard that she has done time before for another offence
The case people talk about isn’t what Fiona did. It’s what Netflix did.
