The time my nephew thought I'd had the baby and not told him...
Post Body

Thought this was quite funny/cute so I'm sharing it first thing on a Monday to cheer everyone up.

Last weekend I got up and went to the local shop and it was such a gorgeous day I felt I needed to do something productive. Since baby is still transverse I corralled husband into a walk up a local hill. "We'll take water, and go slowly, it'll be fine!" I told him. "The baby might turn head down!" I text my sister in law and asked if any of her rowdy bunch wanted to come, I thought it might tire them out, and be an extra pair of hands if I did go into labour on a hillside (I didn't, woo hoo)

Picked nephew up and he got in the car and looked around. "Where's the baby?"

"Uhm, in my tummy, Nephew"

"You mean it's not here yet? I thought we were taking the baby for a walk?"

"Nope, just taking me for a walk, is that OK?"

"I wanted to meet her, I thought you'd not told me she was here because you'd forgotten about me..."

Guys! My heart melted! Bless his wee soul.
