Constipation has hit me hard in more ways than one. To conceive I was put on metformin, which as I'm sure some of you are aware, gives you the shits. I was told to stop taking it and suddenly my poops are firm again and my poor butt doesn't know what to do.

I'm having more ring of fire issues pooping than I did pushing my daughter out with no drugs. As an added bonus, because I'm on blood thinners due to pregnancy induced blood clots, the moment I tear there's blood everywhere. Talk about panic inducing the first time this happened.
