I 20m have been feeling extremely weird lately. I've dissociated sometimes, during periods of severe stress, I just started seeing everything weirdly and blurry and lost notion of sound, time and everything.
Currently I've been feeling more empty and bored than usual, I can barely study or do anything else. I have trouble focusing, I feel empty, start looking at nothing and my intrusive thoughts are all I can focus, and I can barely maintain a line of thoughts.
I just start blankly staring at whatever is in front of me and I have trouble focusing, and then have to shake my head or something else to refocus.
Can anyone help and explain me this, and how to deal with this? I e-mailed my psychiatrist but apparently he went on vacation till the eave of my next appointment.
