Hey guys! So I have an asphyxiation kink. How long can my partner choke me before it causes any actual damage? It may be a myth, but I am under the understanding that choking for longer than 5 seconds isn’t good. However, I like at least 15 seconds without a break, and the longer the better; usually like 3 minute sessions. Therefore, a lot of choking. Additionally, after ward, I usually have a tickle in my throat. It’s so uncomfortable. Could that be due to my partners form? Ah, basically, we’re amateurs practicing without any knowledge of safety! Hoping to change that with your help! (:
