I hope this don't sound strange but I hate working out, I've tried it and never keep the motivation. I found I can only do it with a partner, so my fiance and when we work out always do it together. In the garage we have a treadmill, elliptical, exercise bike, home gym structure. My fiance is mostly Dom but we switch a lot bc he does like to sub as well when we play. Our work outs are usually us encouraging each other which gives me motivation, never have we added kink to it until now.
I was struggling on the exercise bike to finish the miles goal. He then decided to tell me how I'd be punished if I didn't hit the next timing, how he'd handcuff me to the bike and we'd stay here until I did it. I eventually failed and then he made good on his promise. He stripped me naked, cuffed each wrist to the handle bars of the bike, and put leg irons on my ankles through the frame. As extra motivation he added nippl clamps w a chain, it was so hot 🔥 and motivated me more than I have ever been. Once I slowed down he would come pull my nipple clamp chain, after each mile completed I was awarded a weight on my chain.
After this I was hooked on exercising with kink.
So many of our Punishments now for each other result in physical exercise by being bound to the equipment.
My fav is the treadmill where we have a single chain hang from the ceiling, then it has two chains then a broom stick with two eye hooks where the chains lock. This makes like a triangle and we padded it with a pool noodle. My hands are usually cuffed behind me or to a waist chain and then the broom put between my arms behind me. Now I'm held up by the broomstick chain and put on the treadmill. A few more bungee cords are attached to my waist to hold me to the frame of the treadmill not that I'm going anywhere. Sometimes heels, ankle cuffs, corset, sex toys, electro shock, inflatable plugs, clamps, are added as motivators.
Doing these workouts have been so great for my physique, I'm toned up and look sexy af. I'm doing several, several, several, miles on the treadmill or exercise bike, the time goes by so fast and next thing I know I've walked 20 miles or burned like 7k calories. My fiance has also lost tons of weight and toned up as well, I enjoy when I'm his Dom for exercise and to see him be physically exhausted after a session.
Does anyone else do this or added kink to something they hate and now they love it?
