Im hoping someone can give me some insight into what my Dom is going through. After high intensity scenes, especially ones that involve impact play, he has to leave before he can come back and properly give me aftercare etc. He takes a cool shower and does pushups etc to burn off that 'aggressive energy' as he called it. He told me that in the moment, once we are done, he needs to leave in order to properly be able to care for me. He said he has to do that before he even wants to be gentle and care for me. That worried me a bit. I asked him if I could do anything to help but he said no. When he comes back I always reassure him he did well, we do aftercare etc. It feels bad to see him so uptight like that not to mention the fact that I'm left alone after a scene, it makes me worry I did something wrong. He says I didn't and I believe him, but I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on how I can help him? Or is this just me being too worried about nothing?
