I know I probably am asking this too late and maybe even in the wrong subreddit. However, I am not sure where to post anymore and I could use the help.

Let's start off, my brother is a huge fan of Arnold and is basically a hero for him. So since I ran out of ideas what to actually get him. I thought an autograph of his hero would be a great thing. If I could get it for him that is. I read one of the posts on how to get autographs but also read that it can take up to 3 months. Which I don't exactly have. I am going into surgery on the 10th also, so I don't have a lot of time to go out to stores constantly to keep looking for him. I was wondering if anyone here, knew someone or a quick way to get an autograph from him? Since I looked on Ebay.de and one was for €450. I don't exactly have that kind of money. My budget at most would be €150 and that's pushing it.
