Day 32 - flowering or still pre-flowering?

Day 32 on my first grow with an OG Kush autoflower. Pretty sure she is stunted at this point, but curious as to when I should consider my plant to be in flowering versus pre-flowering? Also curious if anyone thinks defoliation or removing the bottom leaves would help at this point? She seems to be stretching wide and getting a tad bit taller but still stretching out. Started to get pistils around day 19-20 so Iām assuming flowering will happen relatively soon. Appreciate any help or advice!
