First Grow - Seedling & Veg ideal VPD

As title states, looking for advice or any information on ideal VPD for two plants on my first grow that sprouted and are at the seedling stage now. With lights on and when off I’m getting a range of 72-82f and my humidity has stayed in the 71-86% range. VPD has ranged from 0.4-1.1 and tried to maintain a 0.4-0.8 range during the germination process. Since sprouting the VPD has been at 0.8 in terms of address but not much fluctuation between temp & RH. Now that both seeds have sprouted I want to make sure I keep my temps/RH/VPD dialed in. Thank you for any advice 🙏 first time grow so I had to get a picture of the first seed that sprouted haha
