Bin of toys in target or big w that were strictly dog breed in form of a teddy 2004

Okay this is a long shot but does anyone remember the brand name or even what I’m talking about
It was in target. Big w or kmart or maybe even in Myers and it was this big bin of dog toys different breeds and had a lil ticket on its ear either red ir green and gold in fancy writing
I had a Dalmatian with droopy eyes and a red collar and it was my favourite toy I even took it to show and tell once….. lmao
