Hey there, firstly, beyond playing with some lipstick, I've never done makeup before.

I was hoping to get some advice on products to help me feminise my face. Working on a very small budget, I'd like to start learning to do basic makeup. I am male, but would like to try to learn how to do my makeup to hopefully at least somewhat look female.

I was hoping I could get recommendations on Australian budget products that 1. Are must haves and 2. Will help me get started. I don't have a lot of budget and will be wasting stuff as I learn. Also any guides or tutorials for someone completely clueless would be appreciated.
