I attended a specialist medical appointment. It wasn't cheap. The consultation was to gain advice on a difficult cosmetic procedure and at the end of the consultation there was a commitment for the doctor to provide me with advice within the next six weeks. That was 12 months ago. I have written to his office now three times, the first two as a gentle reminder and a month ago to ask for a refund of my consultation fee as it appears he has no intent to provide the advice promised and I will go to another specialist. All three letters have been ignored. Any suggestions?
