What winter rims should I get? (A4 2023)

Could use some advice from the community. I have the 19" 5-V spoke star design, matte titanium wheels below (posted this image before), but I will need a set of winter tires and rims.
The tires I'll be able to handle through a friend who specializes, but I have no idea what kind of cool rims I should get to go on them? Should I black them out?
I don't know ANYTHING about rims or Audi rims. Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you!!
