Food intolerance and Asthma

Hi all,
I’m a lifelong asthmatic I’m now 51. I’ve recently had the results of a food intolerance test in the UK. I found out that I am very intolerant to yeast, cows milk and barley.
I knew about the milk intolerance because I’ve been getting severe symptoms starting approximately a year ago, but I found out I’m even more intolerant to yeast . Anyway, I’ve cut out Brad beer and anything to do with yeast and lo and behold. My asthma feels amazing!
Has anyone else experienced anything similar?
