A woman told my bf I am pregnant what should I do? An How do I respond?

So to start I am not pregnant as dat as I know I am still getting my period and use protection nor do I have any signs.

I don’t know How to feel I wanne go to her house and tell her what an AH she is. For just spreiding lies and not asking me first. I used to be proud of getting out of bed everyday. Now I never wanna go outside an quit eating and give up. It just broke my selfsysteem I guess..
