Next door neighbours child is locked out, who do I do?

Hi team, I just left my house to find my next door neighbours child locked out. She barely speaks English - but from what I can gather she is home alone and the door slammed behind her. I thought she spoke Spanish but my Spanish colleague couldn’t understand much. It’s been half an hour now - I’ve given her my coat because she was super cold. I have no idea where her family are or when they’ll be back - so no idea what the right steps to take are.

She couldn’t remember a phone number to call. I think she’s about 10.
