Do Pizza Express Make Their Own Desserts?

I need to settle an argument. Does anyone here works at Pizza Express or for any suppliers and know if they:
A) Make their own desserts from scratch in each restaurant B) Buy in cake mixes and make desserts in each restaurant C) Buy in their desserts ready-made
Or, if you've ever been in a Pizza Express kitchen, have you seen an oven other than those used for cooking pizzas in.
Sorry, but I'm looking for definitive answers rather than supposition.
