Hello all!
For some context, I am a 35 year old working in horticulture, currently working in a therapeutic garden as an instructor, though I have no actual background in formal education. I have been pondering the idea of getting my master's in education, specifically to work with primary school aged kiddoes. But I have very little knowledge of what the day to day is like for teachers. What should I know? The good? The bad? And if anyone has like me switched from one career to another, please do chime in! I would love to hear about the process.
Thanks to any and all responses!
