Why don't guys who responded to NSFW posts send an actual picture of them with a mask or part of their face covered instead of a dick pic?

I randomly post pictures and things on local pervy subs and my inbox gets murdered by pictures of dicks. Close ups, bad lighting and angles, hand with dirty nails holding it etc. How do you rationalize that would entice a woman to respond?
