I am not a gym bro or anything just a runner and run a little 40 to 90 miles a week depending on the week . I travel for races mostly but I run ultras marathons so for me 50 milers and up haven't done a 100 miler yet but in 13 weeks I have my first done a few 100ks.
For these long races I can have a pacer mostly at night to keep track of the course markings and after being up for 24 hours I need someone with a fresh brain LOL .
It's a lot slower pace because no one running 100 miles with walking a lot it more of a power walk and run . Run 3 miles walk one mile .
100 milers take 24 to 30 hours depending on the cutoff if it's over 100 like a 200 miler you get 100 hours .
Who ever I date doesn't have to be in the best shape but it be nice to have someone willing to crew or help honestly couldn't do it with out the person I love with .
BTW You don't sleep during a 100 miler so I up for 24 to 29 hours.
I feel it would push me to improve my health simply so I could spend time with them more.
