Specifically, in Flagstaff AZ. For example, if I buy a remote wooded lot for 50k, how much will it cost to put a house there (3 bedroom, 1.5 bath). I dont even know if contractor people allow it, but I would really just want the basics installed. As long as its livable, I can do all the finishing touches like fancy flooring and mudding/sanding... I did a quick google search and didnt see any costs associated with custom homes.
I considering moving to Flagstaff and would like to sell my 200-250k home and build something for around that same price. There arent many houses around that price range currently available, so thats why I was asking about the cost of a custom home. There seem to be a lot of empty lots around.
