Ever had a moment where you knew a stranger thought you were an idiot?
Post Body

A couple of years ago I travelled to the USA on a contiki tour for about a month. During the trip we visited a Bubba Gump Shrimp Company restaurant. Being from Australia, I'd never heard of these, and had only seen the film 'Forrest Gump' for the first time that same day.

Since I was a bit dense at the time, I was curious about Forrest meeting all those historical figures, and stupidly asked a waitress at this place if Forrest Gump was a true story. I imagine to this day she still considers me a phenominal idiot, so have you ever had a time where you know a stranger thought you were a moron?
