Not sure this is Physics but I ask...

Could I say that perspective from a quantum physics point of view is any particles inteaction with any other particle/thing/force? That is, any interaction at particle sizes collapses the waveform from that particles perspective because in that interaction there is a definitive measurement and statistical information is made measured reality? Is this to much of a philosophical conversation to even equate to quantifiable physics?
