In a commerical VPN, when in the IPSec tunnel mode channel the packet arrives in VPN's gateway(so it's decrypted), what is the name of protocol/mechanism that is actually responsible of replacing client IP and putting VPN server's IP as source IP to hide the origin of the packet?
